Ordering online

Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order and again when it is dispatched. We try to keep all of our products in stock however occasionally some items may be out of stock and unable to be re-ordered. We will notify you by email if your order needs to be postponed or canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
-We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
-We do not deliver to your area.
-One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error.

If we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.

We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However, despite our best efforts some may be incorrect in which case we will notify you straight away. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

 

Delivery

Orders placed on our website are processed twice a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. We use EMS(Express Mail Service) for all Asia, Europe, Noth Ameria and Worldwide shipping. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 1-4 days for Most of Asia and 2-10 days for worldwide. On some occasions, it may take longer and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Each of our deliveries have a unique tracking code that we can use to trace missing parcels. More details here.

For deliveries abroad, the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs. If there is any discrepancy between the shipping destination you have paid for and the country you would like the order delivered to we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid back to your account.

 

Shipping

  • Shipping fee for abroad the customer is weight based shipping each country. When you fill your address, you will see the shipping fee.
  • Shipping to Japan the customer, please go to online shop japan version here.
  • There are countries that can not be shipped from Japan. Please contact me when the following display is made.

    ”There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

 

Pricing and Payment

We process all payments including credit/debit card transactions through Paypal. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are subject to shipping charges.

Payments are processed through Paypal checkout area ensuring that the payment channel is protected and secure, it has a 128-bit SSL certificate providing the same level of encryption as many large banks around the world and the checkout is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at cotact@molfoshop.com.

You will receive a full refund if:
– Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– Goods are returned in saleable condition with their original packaging.

We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs.

Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit.
